    I've never ordered anything refurbished before and so this was a small leap of faith. I'm happy with my choice. Phone was clean, no scratches and functions like any phone. The aspects that are different : there is a tiny spot on the edge of the screen that is always dark. It's so small that it took me a week to notice it..it's about the size of a single poppy seed. It doesn’t affect phone use but maybe some people would dislike that little spot. Also the battery is at 89% of what it was when new. For the big drop in cost relative to a new phone, these aspects are fine with me.The phone is clear, fast and takes great photos..no scratches on lenses.

    I just got my iphone 13 pro today, when I took it out of the box it had the SOS emblem and I could not get it to work. I called the number of the company that the phone came from, I believe Electronic Deals is the name of the company, Ray answered the phone and was SUPER HELPFUL!! He patiently walked me through getting the phone set up. Everything is transferred and the phone seems to be great so far. I would definitely recommend ordering through this company.

Not the best but for the price I can’t complain. I’ll be back the next time I need a newer phone as I can’t justify dropping $1000 on a phone.

    So I had an iPhone XS (10), and desperately needed a upgrade, on a budget. Doing my research, my best bet was getting a 13 Pro over a 15. I was doubtful of buying off Amazon, but after looking at reviews, I said, “why not”.Out of the package, it looked great, well it should since it’s “refurbished” (look at photos). The screen and the back of the iPhone had no noticeable scratches of any kind.Transfer wise, everything went smooth! I couldn’t do the side-by-side iPhone transfer, so I had to do another option. The battery life was 87% (see photo 3). I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t a full 100%, but I’ll do that when I need to. On another point, this was the 256 GB storage option, so a plus.Another point, the shipping came a day or two after it was “supposed” to deliver (was saying it’ll be delivered within 5 days). If you’re patient, then it’s fine.Overall, I’m happy with this iPhone 13 Pro, way better than my iPhone XS (10). Hopefully this will last and have no issues!

Recientemente, tuve la oportunidad de adquirir un iPhone remanufacturado en excelente estado y debo decir que estoy impresionado por la calidad y condición en la que se encontraba.Desde el momento en que lo saqué de la caja, quedé maravillado por lo impecable que lucía. No había ni una sola marca de desgaste notable y parecía prácticamente nuevo. La pantalla estaba libre de rayones y la carcasa lucía brillante y sin rasguños. Este nivel de calidad superó mis expectativas y me dejó sorprendido.Al encenderlo, me encontré con un dispositivo que funcionaba sin problemas. La rapidez con la que respondía a mis acciones y la fluidez de su sistema operativo eran indistinguibles de un iPhone nuevo. Sin embargo, hubo un aspecto que noté podría mejorarse: el estado de la batería.Aunque el rendimiento de la batería era aceptable, noté que no duraba tanto como me hubiera gustado.     I have been going back-and-forth on buying a phone, but finally my hand was forced because of issues with my old one. I'm so glad that I found this one online, I know it's not the newest model, but I don't need that. What I need is a good, reliable phone that was inexpensive, and that's what I got! The phone has 86% battery life left, which is fine with me when I compare to my old 11 that was at less than 70%. The screen is unmarked, and I don't see any scratches on it!

As i do not have a plan that allows me to upgrade and needed to pay cash to upgrade, this was the one for me and it came in near perfect condition with 88% battery. I had my doubts with it being the first renewed phone from Amazon but hands down the best purchase I’ve made on here.

    So I bought this exact phone a few days ago not realizing it was through a third party it arrived in a bubble wrap package!! The phone had a decent size scratch right in the middle of of the screen and it was deep. The touch screen wasn’t responding to my touch so I couldn’t even set it up. Needless to say I’m returning that one. So I went back on Amazon and purchased this one that said sold & shipped by Amazon. It arrived super securely in a box inside another box with lots of protection. Not a mark on the phone and works great!!! I also bought my daughter the iPhone 12 Pro through Amazon & same thing absolutely amazing!!! Both phones were shipped & delivered on time! From now on I’ll be buying all my phones through Amazon. I unfortunately will not ever do a third party again though, strictly Amazon. So my suggestion is to always check that it’s sold & shipped by Amazon if you want to skip any hassles. Also for those of you who are concerned with the battery life this phones battery life is at 88% but honestly that doesn’t really matter to me. Just thought I’d put that info in the review.

    Just received my iPhone 13 Pro. I use it in my business and currently have a iPhone XR. This one is slightly smaller than the xr but not by much. Sounds better, more responsive and better images and camera. I am no expert but to me seems that way.The phone came nicely packaged with new charge and cord. Also a nice little clear sleeve so I dont scratch it before my rugged case shows up!Also my phone when going through settings shows a years warranty and also I purchased the monthly insurance for accidents etc for 7.29 I believe.On the fence about new or an Amazon reman? Mine is like new. Looks as though came right out of the box. Popped a SIM card in from the old phone and transferred all my contacts, pics etc in less than 20 minutes.

    If you want to upgrade your 5-year-old iPhone but can't afford the newest model - this works about the same as a brand-new one.     After reading so many negative reviews I almost didn't purchase this phone. But i told myself worst case scenario i can return it. I'm glad I did, there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! I bought the Iphone Pro 13 refurbished in excellent condition and everything works as it should. I was able to have my number switched over to the phone no problem. It was professionally packaged, clean and fully charged. No scratches or dents, I highly recommend this phone if you want a like new IPhone for half the price!

Did arrive one day earlierThe quality of it was amazing apart from a VERY tiny chip in the back and the sides look lightly scratched(alr gon cuz i put a case on it) BUT THE SCREEN IS PERFECT/PRESTINE, no dents no scratchersUnfortunately they are obviously not new phones, but from upgrading to a problematic X to a 13pro, in amazing condition is def worth a upgrade considering we are currently on iphone 15 models.I will not be sending this phone back for replacement I'm satisfied, charges fast, screen is smooth and everything else has been tested and is running great!I have CarPlay and experienced no connection issues for the first time, thank god

    I just got my iphone 13 pro today, when I took it out of the box it had the SOS emblem and I could not get it to work. I called the number of the company that the phone came from, I believe Electronic Deals is the name of the company, Ray answered the phone and was SUPER HELPFUL!! He patiently walked me through getting the phone set up. Everything is transferred and the phone seems to be great so far. I would definitely recommend ordering through this company.

    So I bought this exact phone a few days ago not realizing it was through a third party it arrived in a bubble wrap package!! The phone had a decent size scratch right in the middle of of the screen and it was deep. The touch screen wasn’t responding to my touch so I couldn’t even set it up. Needless to say I’m returning that one. So I went back on Amazon and purchased this one that said sold & shipped by Amazon. It arrived super securely in a box inside another box with lots of protection. Not a mark on the phone and works great!!! I also bought my daughter the iPhone 12 Pro through Amazon & same thing absolutely amazing!!! Both phones were shipped & delivered on time! From now on I’ll be buying all my phones through Amazon. I unfortunately will not ever do a third party again though, strictly Amazon. So my suggestion is to always check that it’s sold & shipped by Amazon if you want to skip any hassles. Also for those of you who are concerned with the battery life this phones battery life is at 88% but honestly that doesn’t really matter to me. Just thought I’d put that info in the review.

    Phone arrived packaged well with a block and charger. Did not immediately notice any damage to phone. Nothing noticeable. Looks almost brand new. Checked battery capacity. 88%. Not the best but for the price I can’t complain. I’ll be back the next time I need a newer phone as I can’t justify dropping $1000 on a phone.

I'm already very happy with my renewed iPhone 14 Pro that I bout last December and my wife is already very content with her iPhone 13 Pro Max that I gave her at Christmas time.

    I have been going back-and-forth on buying a phone, but finally my hand was forced because of issues with my old one. I'm so glad that I found this one online, I know it's not the newest model, but I don't need that. What I need is a good, reliable phone that was inexpensive, and that's what I got! The phone has 86% battery life left, which is fine with me when I compare to my old 11 that was at less than 70%. The screen is unmarked, and I don't see any scratches on it!

    I always read reviews first so I made sure to check out what others have said about this refurbisher. I was pleasantly surprised, phone came in new physical condition. The battery life was 87%. Works great with no issues! Would purchase from this reseller again!

    I ordered this phone for my daughter as an unlocked device. I had no issues moving moving my daughter's Tracfone account and cell number from her old iPhone to this Amazon Renewed Apple product.     This phone was in very good condition maybe 3 scratches at the bottom where you charge your phone other than that I am very please with my phone. It came unlocked no issues it was ready to use within an hour talk text 5g everything works! Would buy from this company again!

    Adquirir un iPhone remanufacturado puede suscitar ciertas dudas en cuanto a calidad y rendimiento, pero mi experiencia con uno ha sido verdaderamente gratificante. Recientemente, tuve la oportunidad de adquirir un iPhone remanufacturado en excelente estado y debo decir que estoy impresionado por la calidad y condición en la que se encontraba.Desde el momento en que lo saqué de la caja, quedé maravillado por lo impecable que lucía. No había ni una sola marca de desgaste notable y parecía prácticamente nuevo. La pantalla estaba libre de rayones y la carcasa lucía brillante y sin rasguños. Este nivel de calidad superó mis expectativas y me dejó sorprendido.Al encenderlo, me encontré con un dispositivo que funcionaba sin problemas. La rapidez con la que respondía a mis acciones y la fluidez de su sistema operativo eran indistinguibles de un iPhone nuevo. Sin embargo, hubo un aspecto que noté podría mejorarse: el estado de la batería.Aunque el rendimiento de la batería era aceptable, noté que no duraba tanto como me hubiera gustado. Esto es comprensible considerando que se trata de un dispositivo remanufacturado y que la batería puede haber experimentado cierto desgaste.     Device was listed as excellent condition refurbished. Received the device and looks excellent as described with no marks on the screen or device. Battery health was at 92 percent so overall I am very happy with this purchase for the price. If your on the fence of buying refurbished to save some money, just do it!

    I was worried at first but when I took it out and set everything up it worked like a dream. Already faster and nicer screen than my XR. I did notice some tiny scratches on the front screen but you forget it’s there once the phone is actually on so it’s something I can get over. Overall it works like brand new and is just what I was looking for.

    So I had an iPhone XS (10), and desperately needed a upgrade, on a budget. Doing my research, my best bet was getting a 13 Pro over a 15. I was doubtful of buying off Amazon, but after looking at reviews, I said, “why not”.Out of the package, it looked great, well it should since it’s “refurbished” (look at photos). The screen and the back of the iPhone had no noticeable scratches of any kind.Transfer wise, everything went smooth! I couldn’t do the side-by-side iPhone transfer, so I had to do another option. The battery life was 87% (see photo 3). I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t a full 100%, but I’ll do that when I need to. On another point, this was the 256 GB storage option, so a plus.Another point, the shipping came a day or two after it was “supposed” to deliver (was saying it’ll be delivered within 5 days). If you’re patient, then it’s fine.Overall, I’m happy with this iPhone 13 Pro, way better than my iPhone XS (10). Hopefully this will last and have no issues!
