My last galaxy device was the S3 and I hated it. This phone completely changed my view of Samsung. Easy to set up but the only difficulty I found was google password manager doesn’t always work and I suspect because Samsung forces you to use its “proprietary” app instead.I love the green color. Screen is very bright and responsive. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m using it for an international SIM card.

This was my first experience with a renewed product and I started having buyers remorse when it was in transit. When I opened the box it was absolutely flawless. The case and screen looked brand new. It took a charge and all my info transferred with no problems. It is absolutely like a brand new phone. What a really great buy!

This S22+ phone is OK. I didn't know it didn't have an SD slot or 3.5mm earphone jack. My previous phone had both and the SD card had a lot of files which I'm now unable to access because the S22 has no slot for it.

Arrived on time, and came with a charger! Most phones don't come with a charger anymore. The phone was in almost perfect condition. Had a small knick not noticeable at all unless you're looking for it. Definitely love this style over the new s23. Great bright screen. Easy to hold in hand. It's beautifully designed. Other than that small knick it's in perfect condition. No scratches on the screen, sides, or back. The camera lense is also not scratched at all.

I've upgraded from a Galaxy S10 plus and this camera is a huge upgrade. My last phone was also a refurbished phone from Amazon and I loved it. I have had zero issues with this new one in the couple of months I've had it - just like new and much cheaper!

I like that the phone is in good condition. There might be some chips on the screen but it's covered with a screen protector which I would have added anyway. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with headphones but they did not. All my past phones have come with them but this refurb didn't.

***Updated 7/17/23. This renewed phone still refuses to update even though a comparable S22+ has been updated twice recently.I contacted the seller after receiving and testing this S22+ Renewed phone. The phone is like new but something is just not quite right that the phone will not make any software updates. Another S22+ I own is updated easily and regularly but this phone never accepts any updates and when tested says it is up to date as of Jan 1, 2023. Something is just not right...The seller said there was nothing they could do but did offer to return the phone for refund.I do not have time to redo all the setup and prep and start over so I'll just use the phone until it fails.

Wonderful experience with this purchase. The phone looks, feels, and works like brand new. It was unlocked, and the setup and transfer of files from my old LG phone was flawless! I'm on cricket and there was no issue with the sim card.I went into the setting and turned off wifi and Bluetooth scanning, and this seemed to eliminate the heating problem that some (including myself) have experienced with this device.Absolutely gorgeous phone. So happy with my Amazon renewed purchase!

Great phone. I made sure to check all the things that I had seen people having issues with when it came to second hand phones. It charges really well and the battery life isn't bad at all. Haven't had any overheating issues so far. It updated the phone software to the latest no issues. Apart from a small scratch on the back of the phone (which doesn't bother me cause it's covered by my phone case so I never see it) there were no other noticeable marks on the phone. Cameras work great. Finger print works just fine so personally no issues there.Works just like a new phone to me at a really good price. And with it being quite the upgrade from my severely dying hardly working Samsung galaxy S10 I'm and very happy with its performance and the choice to go second hand.

I love getting a bargain and this phone was just that. Not sure what made this phone not new (renewed) because there was not a scratch on it and it works as I would expect a new phone to work. You do not get the original box or the original power cable; but I can live with that for this price. Cheers.
