    I have only had this a few days, but I have to say that after waffling about ordering a "Renewed" item I am very very happy with my new phone. I did pay a little more for the Premium Renewed, but the phone is in perfect shape-not a mark or scuff on it. The battery is 100% and other than learning an iPhone I have had absolutely no issues with the condition or response on the phone. I definitely would highly recommend the seller and the condition of the phone.

    Ordered this phone to replace 5 year old iPhone. I went with Amazon’s Premium Renewed option to save money on the purchase. Took the chance because of great reviews on this “used” option and because I knew Amazon’s return policy works very well. The phone is spotless - the case and the screen do not have a mark on them. The battery shows 97% capacity, which is fine in my opinion. And checking the warranty info shows the phone is less than a year old. The box contained a new power cord and plug, and the device to swap out the SIM card, so I did the swap from my old phone myself. I can highly recommend using the Amazon Premium Renewed program to buy an iPhone at a very good price!

    I've been using this product for a couple of months and I'm pleased. Quite pleased actually.The product arrived in the usual Amazon Renewed Premium packaging. At first, I was a little disappointed but that sentiment changed quickly. At first, I thought the rear cameras were scratched but it was fresh sealing. After rubbing my fingers over the devices and continued examining, it looked like new. There are a few minor scratches on my unit and it's no issue.I selected the Magsafe Otterbox case and the MagSafe works as advertised by the manufacturer.I was hesitant to spend the this amount onbabrenewed device but Amazon's policy helps to mitigate any concerns. Also, the seller honoured thier word. I'll be noting them and purchasing from them in the future if needed.Well done.

    hmmm i want to rate it 4.5 due to the scratches around the rings of the cameras. it works well and connected with my phone service with ease. it’s a good phone overall. i switched from android and i prefer androids still. they have no good user experience but it’s just a little faster from my old phone.

It’s fast when opening apps and text messages. The battery health is at 97%. Everything is pretty much perfect except one little itty-bitty flaw that I wish I never even noticed, and I probably would not have except for last night when I was putting on the screen protector and I was doing, an excellent job at taking the dust off with the little sticky tab and I noticed a tiny little scratch on the side of the screen, its not even noticeable until it is. but that’s OK . Thank you Amazon

    I gave it 4 stars so hopefully you wont get screwed. I bought the phone tried to turn it on it was locked. Reported stolen . Read the one star reviews. It will be a month before I get my money back. Unbelievable. The apple store will not unlock the phone. Your carrier cannot turn it on.

    I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I was hesitant to buy refurbished but wanted a phone with more storage and a lower price than buying new. The phone came in nearly perfect condition. There were no scratches, dents, or cracks. Even by the charging port there were no scratches.. which is usually a dead giveaway that the phone was used. The only indication that this phone was refurbished is that the battery capacity is at 95%, which is above the guaranteed 90% for a renewed premium phone. Overall I am happy with my purchase and will considered premium refurbished again for my next phone.

    I could've gotten this iPhone 13 for less than $500, but I paid the extra $75 to get Amazon Renewed PREMIUM, sold by Amazon, and shipped from Amazon, and it was worth the extra pennies! The phone looks flawless. The phone arrived on time and to the right place LOL thanks to Amazon's reliable delivery service.I was nervous about buying a used phone AND switching from Android. No one seems to mention anywhere that set-up is super easy if you already own an iPad (or other iPhone ... for transfer account information), and (at least if you have Verizon) all you have to do is swap SIM cards, and it connects to network (didn't even have to activate on Verizon web page).

    This IPhone 13 would be perfect if they hadn’t got rid of the “big button”. Swipes don’t always work, especially the swipe up from the bottom to see all your open apps to switch back and forth between apps. Apple, bring back the “bug button”!

    Phone was flawless besides one little chip that was barely noticeable. I did pay for renewed premium which was supposed to come with over 90% battery health. Phone came with 87% battery health. Everything worked as expected. Setup was smooth no issues with the display or anything. Will knock one star off for battery not being over 90% health.

    I could've gotten this iPhone 13 for less than $500, but I paid the extra $75 to get Amazon Renewed PREMIUM, sold by Amazon, and shipped from Amazon, and it was worth the extra pennies! The phone looks flawless. The phone arrived on time and to the right place LOL thanks to Amazon's reliable delivery service.I was nervous about buying a used phone AND switching from Android. No one seems to mention anywhere that set-up is super easy if you already own an iPad (or other iPhone ... for transfer account information), and (at least if you have Verizon) all you have to do is swap SIM cards, and it connects to network (didn't even have to activate on Verizon web page).

    The saying never gets old “you get what you pay for.” For the price I paid and what I got I’m happy I made the decision. Rather than spending another $100 dollars and getting it from the Apple Store. With the phone having 100% battery capacity the phone is hand new. Definitely going to tell more people about this because I have a few friends who still have an iPhone 11 and should upgrade.

    I begrudgingly replaced my old iphone 8+. It works fine, has no battery or memory issues, and is in pristine condition. But I am so deep into the Apple universe that not getting complete system updates was starting to screw with other stuff, so I started shopping for something newer.I had zero interest in getting the latest phone and even less in paying >$1k for it. This was not the cheapest Amazon Renewed option, but since Premium Renewed has a better warranty, I paid a bit extra.The phone is great -- more compact than the 8+ and far more robust. I would prefer not to have to replace something that still works fine, but that phone gave me many years of service. I guess I can use it as a pet cam.I will definitely look to Amazon Renewed before making major purchases like this from now on.

    I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I was hesitant to buy refurbished but wanted a phone with more storage and a lower price than buying new. The phone came in nearly perfect condition. There were no scratches, dents, or cracks. Even by the charging port there were no scratches.. which is usually a dead giveaway that the phone was used. The only indication that this phone was refurbished is that the battery capacity is at 95%, which is above the guaranteed 90% for a renewed premium phone. Overall I am happy with my purchase and will considered premium refurbished again for my next phone.

    This is the second renewed item I have bought from amazon as I am very cost conscious.. The other was my robot vacuum, and they have both been amazing! They arrived in new condition and robot is still going after years of service.. my phone is amazing.. I get attached to things so I don’t change phones often.. I still miss the home button on my 6s which is what I went to a 13 from.. sure hope this one last as long as that one! And wait! That one was handed down from my daughter..     The reviews are hit or miss but I feel like I got lucky and am very happy with my phone. I selected Used - Like New. The phone has no scratches or dings, all the features work, the IMEI is clean and I put it on my carrier's network without issue. It has 99% battery health and it came with Apple Care+ for another 9 months. I have had it a few days and feel like I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop but so far so good. It was $145 cheaper than the MSRP for a new product from Apple and feel like the price is fair for what I recieved. I feel more confident that I can return it within 1 year as well if I have any issues.

    This is my second renewed iPhone. I bought a 12 from another seller and it was in perfect condition except for one thing. The battery health was at 85%. That made it a terrible buy for me. I saw this and decided to take the plug. What surprised me about the renewed premium was the battery health. I received this phone with 100% battery health. Everything else seems to be in good order. I’ve only had the phone for a few hours so far but I’d definitely recommend that anyone who is buying renewed, go for renewed premium and make sure the seller and the shipping comes directly from Amazon. You won’t regret it.

    hmmm i want to rate it 4.5 due to the scratches around the rings of the cameras. it works well and connected with my phone service with ease. it’s a good phone overall. i switched from android and i prefer androids still. they have no good user experience but it’s just a little faster from my old phone.

    El producto esta prácticamente nuevo, sin rayones y funciona completamente, tanto cámaras, pantalla, FaceID, vibración y todas las funciones del teléfono se desenvuelven de maravilla, la única observación es que la batería me llego en un 100% y se ha ido degradando relativamente rápido, ya que en 2 semanas de uso a bajado a 96%, pero el funcionamiento del teléfono no se ha visto afectado, ya que la pila dura prácticamente lo mismo desde el día 1. También cabe resaltar que mi dispositivo vino con todas sus piezas originales, ya que todas cuentan con su numero de serie y código de identificación, así que no pudiera estar mas satisfecho

    The media could not be loaded. I’ve had absolutely nothing but horrible experiences when buying renewed phones. I was fed up but gave Amazon a chance as a last ditch effort and they didn’t disappoint. For context, I have two devices, an iPhone 14 which is my personal phone, and I was buying a phone for my job, to be contacted at, and to contact others with from the business and so on. I decided to get Amazon’s Renewed Premium iPhone 13 (Product Red) and it is literally a new phone. Battery is at 100%, no scratches or dings, phone was completely clean, and all functionality is flawless. I couldn’t ask for a better phone. It’s just about brand new minus being in the original box and that I’m the second owner, but for such a good price, these “downsides” are not even a thought. I would definitely recommend getting any refurbished device from Amazon now that they have shown me they can actually do it right.

    I was really hesitant to order a refurbished phone especially from Amazon because last time I got a refurbished phone from a store it was a complete mess. This iPhone from amazons is literally in perfect condition. Battery is at 100% health. Not a single scratch, ding, chip anywhere. I’ve had it for about a week now and it works perfectly I’m so relieved. I’ll be buying all my apple products from here from now on!

    .I was worried about whether it would actually be unlocked. I had ordered a different phone and thankfully decided to read the reviews more thoroughly and saw everyone saying it was locked so I cancelled it and ordered this one. No issues! I was immediately able to get it turned on with straight talk within 10 minutes of opening it. Wish it came with an actual apple certificates charger and charger block, but that’s a personal preference and the charger works perfectly fine. 5 stars!

    I gave it 4 stars so hopefully you wont get screwed. I bought the phone tried to turn it on it was locked. Reported stolen . Read the one star reviews. It will be a month before I get my money back. Unbelievable. The apple store will not unlock the phone. Your carrier cannot turn it on.

    I have only had this a few days, but I have to say that after waffling about ordering a "Renewed" item I am very very happy with my new phone. I did pay a little more for the Premium Renewed, but the phone is in perfect shape-not a mark or scuff on it. The battery is 100% and other than learning an iPhone I have had absolutely no issues with the condition or response on the phone. I definitely would highly recommend the seller and the condition of the phone.
